Contact and privacy requests

For Beeboop support, email hello@theclassifieds.social. Include “Beeboop” in the subject so your request identifies the app.

Include app version/build, device model, OS version, feature, visible error and approximate time. Prefer fictional examples and redacted screenshots.

Do not send your PIN, Apple Account password, private install link, invitation, pairing QR/setup file, children's photos or family notes. Ask first about a safe way to provide further evidence.

Email hello@theclassifieds.social with “Beeboop privacy” or “Beeboop deletion” in the subject. Describe the request without sending credentials or private family content. We do not promise that disconnecting or removing content erases participants' downloaded copies, exports or backups.

Beeboop is not an emergency service. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
